well, it is done! my visa is officially pending! according to the australian immigration office, 75% of all online visa applications are processed within 10-14 business days. i am praying very hard that mine falls into that group of 75%!

there is a part of me that has a very hard time believing that this whole thing is actually happening...the other part is just constantly working towards accomplishing the goal of getting there. that sounds a little strange, but it's true! i have people coming up to me constantly asking if i am excited. and of course i am! but i have to think very hard about it. it is a crazy thing--watching seemingly unattainable dreams turn into reality.
